I think reason is that order has more regular SC players, they play better. I see lots of same names on order and lots of unknown guys on destro which just run around like headless chickens.

I play both sides. Order feels stronger in SC to me, but I am not sure about why.
The meta shifted to strong ranged play, with the exception of small inside areas, where is problem with LOS.
On the open land, ranged chars dominates now. (Still speaking only about scenarios, not RvR).

No gear score in t4 sc matchmaking isn't helping. No balancing sc based on win rates of players queued doesn't help.

Duelist geared dps sham kept queueing t4 sc over and over on the weekend along with a lot of other completely useless characters.

A lot of them are also ranged dps (dps sham, dps zealot in particular).

If I see those idiots queueing I'll just go queue order instead. I'm sure others are doing the same.
