I did consider removing it, but deleting criticism threads invariably leads to allegations of censorship and suppression of the truth.

No matter what's done, it'll never be enough... Either a thread fuels OP for the attention he's seeking or threads get locked before this happen and you're accused of being advocates of Communist Russia due to 'censorship' ^^

I'd say just lock it and let every lasting generation of interwebians see the obvious charade for what it is while effectively silencing the OP with his attention-seeking drivel.
