Intentional. Madcap had the DPS of a level 56 item despite being 42. On the upside, it now has the correct stat budget for its item level.

The patchnotes only mention changes only for war crest weapons. If more weapons than those were changed (like Madcap weapons) then please make sure that every weapon or weapon category (e.g. overworld drop weapons, T1 Influence reward weapons) is properly listed in the patchnotes.

Proper documentation is more important than the changes themselves in my eyes.

Words of wisdom! Cant agree more and may i add we(players)/ror team has had enough of ninja stuff happening which is just creating a total mess and leads into things alike 2 years+ of ability system rework or making balance changes with complete opposite logic from what was originally mentioned because after 4-5 years everyone just forgets reasons why this why that, what was intended what not etc.

The shared auras CD seems to be in place, no individual 10 sec cd.

The 85 Renown goblin hat looks just terrible, it's 1 step away from being a flat texture and isn't even centred on the Goblins head.
