I have the Naga and bought it about 4-5 years ago. I had the doubleclick issue once and repaired it by myself, it took about 1,5-2 hours.
It is caused by a thin metal feather in the switch that is wearing out over the time. I think any mouse gets this problem sooner or later, depending how often you click.

I would hold off on corsair mice until others confirm the new buttons work as intended. I bought their gaming mouse Vengeance and it was my favorite mouse of all time. But the software doesn't work in most MMO's.

Their forums are riddled with requests and complaints and the company brushes it all off with canned responses. If you want a regular gaming mouse, Corsair is great. Especially if you have big hands. If you have big hands, stay away from the Naga or any of the other Razer stuff. I feel like these are made for korean star craft pros or something, they are way too sleek and small for a big white guy like me.
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

i've been using the naga for quite some time, Never really had any issues with it. But i would say its a personal preference since I wouldn't wanna switch to any other mouse for gaming just because i've gotten so used to the naga.

The naga is really tiny. If had to buy a new one, i would buy a bigger MMO mouse, but a few years back there was not much of a choice.

I once bought a Naga for me and my brother, unfortunately both had issues within 2 year period.
I changed to Logitech, with it for 3 years now and not a single issue so far.

Razer charges more, but doesn't actually delivers.
