The lvl9 npcs in IC at least have some value (you can farm lvl9 cloaks over by sacellum pretty quick). But all the lvl1 crap that just agros onto chosen and kotbs should be unattackable.
I would riot if we lost the ability to kill rats in altdorf, what do you think I do when waiting on scenarios standing around altdorf. .... In fact I need to make that an action counter with a tok unlock ....... !!!!!!!
You're supposed to be itemizing T4, stop killing rats. I can fix all your chapter rewards if you want, they're almost all junk at the moment (even t2/t3 ones).
Probably because t4 is not done yet on the pve roadmap Mister Eka is working on and I stopped itemizing items when i fell in the lua coding hole and could not get out. I assure you though, I would imagine our little eka guy will be working on more of T4 goodness right after LV is put to bed

I think it's time to merge all the dungeon quests into a single one (kill all the bosses 3-4x) instead of 1 quest for shoes, one gloves, etc.

Mostly because it'll count down on the quest count and open up slots for better (kill 50 players in zone A) quests.
