Correct me if i'm wrong, but i thought you couldn't duel someone from your faction when you are PvP flagged (ie. in a RvR lake).

So if we duel in the proposed location, we will only be able to duel people from the other realm, right?

Not that it matters, i love killing WHs.

Dueling your own faction is bugged and kinda unplayable for some classes (healers for sure) at the moment.
You cannot cast anything that would affect yourself (heals, cleanse, bubble).
They go off , and on cd, but they wont do anything.
This was tested last night.
I thought it was a known issue, but i can github it if needed.
