Cross faction would rotate around the players so that they wont be stuck on the losing side.

Why dont you just go play some of these non-boomer games which cater way larger pops and matchmaking systems (they even have ranked that has players, OOOH) like valorant, fortnite, pubg, overwatch and league. Also note how I left out dota2 and cs from these team based recommendations as they might be too much for your zoomey tiktok brain.

The only reason ranked needed cross factions in the first place was because it was, and is, a failed gameplay concept for this game.

Introducing cross faction in the real game would make me leave the game I have played since 2008.

This is a fringe niche game. Scenarios is a niche mode of the game. Ranked is a niche mode of a niche mode of a fringe niche game. Basing anything on the argument ” but muh ranked” is beyond stupid. Just remove the ”ranked” travesty for good. At the same time remove discordant and ideally tie scenarios to a reintroduced meaningful campaign. Scenarios should never be a safe space from organizing oneself.

Dont que solo - get a group - win.

Just another cry thread of people who are not able to solve a you-problem.
Combined with a lot of unneccessary bias, and proposed solutions for problems that are self-made, and wich dont touch the cause.
So, a normal day in RoR Forum... Maybe in future these kind of threads can be closed by a mod more early, cause its always the same evidence of incapacity and will lead nowhere...

Scenarios dont really make sense when the two sides are matched 2/2/2 groups.

There have been too many damage nerfs in this game and when you get two 2/2/2s with healers and tanks spreading inc damage out basically no one dies at all. That's likely why many people who premade also will not play ranked, cos they know it will be painful :D

And ofcourse if you get a 2/2/2 vs any kind of pug with the party healing and the dmg spreading of guard its a certain loss for the pug

The do if you remove the Morale DMG cap and re-implement the tactic based heal debuffs. Some of the nerfs have been good (e.g., un-blockable guard damage from a Rampage induced ID spread, etc.) but some have ruined the uniqueness of the roles (DoK heal debuff vs KOTBS heal buffs).

Rather preserve its uniqueness in todays world of millions... million and one arena team based pvp games out there that people could just go and play with lowest of possible barrier of entry as about ninehundred thousand of those million are free to play. I do not like this notion of making everything into same slop.

And hey, if people remember EA did actually try to do this mixed up scenario based warhammer game back then, what was its name you may ask. Warhammer online: Wrath of Heroes, now why do you not remember that name? Oh because it died before it got properly out of the door because no one cared.

And if you people do actually care about mixed scenarios only q'ing simulator, why not go help these guys out to get this thing off the ground?

Hopefully the finish rework of queue soon. I find that on sc weekends that have 3-4 groups things are much more fun. Yes things can still get lopsided, but overall much more enjoyable experience.

Also get rid of tank punts.

i don't know about you guys but after playing this game for over 8 years now, i still have fun joining random scenarios, just take it as it should be, a quick match to have fun, kill time, 20- 45 minutes and that's it.

If you are not having fun then i would suggest to try another career, spec or queuein with a friend or premade.
