I think Slayer ID needs to be 10s cooldown so Short temper tactic makes it 5s and SM can bring it down to 0s. Choppa Furius Stompin' back to 20s Cooldown so Red goes fasta tactic makes it 15s Cooldown. And now lets talk about why BG has CDR now? Who really thought that BG needed any more reasons to be in the WB?

Obviously someone plays BG or Someone just doesnt understand the power dynamics. Anyway Give CDR back to Black Orc Waaagh?! WITHOUT tactic needed just like BG has it now. And give the Heal skills back to BG/IB. With Red goes Fasta + CDR Makes Furius stompin to 10s Cooldown. And Neverending Agony (sorc tactic) Stacks with CDR to make Infernal wave 0s CD.

Lengthening Shadows tactic for Sorc makes Infernal Wave maybe too much because its 99ft with 0s Cooldown but it requires 2 tactics from sorc and CDR from another class to make it 0s. So called Machine gun Sorceress being able to kill everything 99ft away. What does aoe Sorc players think about this? Ive not played aoe Sorc very much at all because i love Single target Specs/Small Scale.

But Aoe Sorc would you rather have 0s CD 65ft Infernal Wave with Neverending agony + CDR Or 5s Cooldown Infernal Wave 99ft Range?

Not In Da Face Black Orc Skill that Increases targets cooldown by 5s for 10s, ive played with the idea that you add to that skill something like " Your Defensive Target(or yourself) has Reduced cooldowns by 5s for 10s. Remove Chop Fasta from blorc and add Not In Da Face to 9 pts Brawler like it originally was. Tree hit Combo to 13pts but can be used with shield and 2h. Like it was for 13+ years.

Black Orc is now in a very precarious spot, it is true. I agree with most of the posts and advice being given here. The class was known for being able to pull off higher than normal damage with 2h once you reached and progressed different gear avenues.

The removal of you wot and its replacement was a very cheap attempt at balancing the over appeal of two handed BO's. The justification was also lacking. I would probably argue a black guard is now a much more solid choice for the playstyle you are looking for OP.

It's still possible to bring some sort of grit to the table in a small man scenario setting - But other than your effort, guard, and bellows, you no longer provide much to the table anymore seeing as you cannot spearhead any group pushes or have an "oh sh*t" button to push when things get bad. Sadly you can't even pick up the healing tactic easily as 2h now.
