I'm saying that those 4 things combined give very little regen and that he's perfectly fine with a 2h build, unlike unicums that have max regen, including jewelry and talisman with 72 regen.

I mean not really (in regards to doing fine)? He has to crutch on pots even for straight 1v1s, in at least one of the fights against a fresh 40 without a statpot at that. I mean it's not like it's a hard rule not to or anything, but clearly not really in the same ballpark as actual duel builds that generally don't pot outside of 1vX.

Are you referring to to zealot fight? Yeah casters are bane of my IB. Not much resists and little tools to catch kiters really. That combined with detaunts and im done for.
I do use pots usuaaly unless agreed duel. Its impossible to know if other guy is or not so its just simpler that everyone uses them at lakes. All habe access to them anyhows, so its mostly down if player has bothered to pick them up. Agreed duels at empty lakes/arena are different matter.
As gilgam mentioned i do use def weapons, mostly for stats tho. Parry oroc from earthshatter allowed me to drop parry from renown and add it to str/ws. Im running with 30ish base parry +weapon proc. So highish but not really a parry build. Often i been carrying just 1 type of pot as didnt feel like loggin main to craft more.
This build is nowhere perfect for soloroaming, i can think of several stronger setups. But it is very much possible to roam with weaker setups too, often its avtually bit more fun as you get more even matches. If everyone goes BIS it would be a rock paper scissor game more often, or just the one who gets better start wins.

Btw i noticed you dont use Stubborn as Stone against welfs which is VERY good espesially if you have 25% AA dmg skill as well. 50% AA haste + 300+ Corp resis wich is witchbrew and welf kisses. All those proc it as well. You should use it in every fight tbh because magical dmg proc activates this skill and the returns are very big for 5 grudge=)

You are right. For some reason i always forget the existense of it. Tho i keep forgetting taunt and punishing blow too so maybe someday i remember them all and be unstoppable!

Even with all the regen you have you should pay attention to enfeebling strike, as it does a lot of damage if you keep moving.
In order to land important cd's like punishing blow, which usually deals a lot of damage, you can use your root and hit the back of your opponent.
If you use watch an learn when you have landed your dots, the additional weapon skill will increase the damage you deal significantly. This, alongside demo strike and 100 grudge stone breaker are key for burst windows.

2h IB died after the patch and reworking of skills. a couple of years ago, playing on ib, I killed everyone I saw in the location, at that time it was the most powerful tank
