Weekend Events - Add Solo Option

If you are complaining about playing scenarios for over an hour and not being able to get out of spawn in each and every scenario because you solo queued, you had an hour to try to form a 6 man or join one. Why didn't you try to make one or join one?

Even during prime, the time it can take to form a group for scenarios is fully random. You can absolutely waste your time for 2 full hours trying to build a 6man from /5 even without any gear restrictions, then have 2 players leave right away after the first loss. You have players that play in a 6man with players they know and only fill 1 or 2 missing spots if needed, and you have players that solo queue and have /5 turned off or something, but never in months join a group. The playerbase that actually wants to group up from /5 can often be insanely low even on the highest server population and weekend scenario up.

Make 6man pug. Join event. Enjoy beingh farmed double sov prem guild groups. Delete game. My group. Went discordant after 3 sc. X2 times. But yeah It so easy defend this trash situation with bilion words. In reality only unskilled nooblord can defend event sc now that having sick "fun" with his prems.

I really like the sc event weekend and as a player who mostly solos it, there's certain times of the weekend you learn to not queue for example a friday night is just filled with premades but as the weekend goes on, you get less and less of them.

I do remember a while ago they made the weekend event sc was solo only, i believe it was nordenwatch and it was a blast for the whole weekend, where as now i complete the event and move onto the next character.

One thing I can tell you is that this game has been pandering to the same group of people for years.

They are the most vocal against these proposed changes for the simple fact that they like/enjoy farming new players, completely oblivious at the same time that this behavior is driving new people away and the population keeps shrinking.

Lets stop with the BS and have a minute to reflect.... you get your enjoyment out of forming your own little 80+ only premade and stomping on pugs over and over.. its what gets you off, god forbid you get matched against another premade, you'll come to the forums to complain about the SC itself, that you were matched against 2 premades, or how OP a class of the opposing faction is.

The gap between a fresh 40 and a sov geared one is INMENSE, even if both players know their class mechanics, scenario, etc. and I honestly fail to see the point of awarding these people twice the renown for the weekend event.

Now that Discordant is solo queue, it should award twice the renown like a weekend SC daily instead, and that would be of great help to alleviate the renown gap faster.

Log in during NA night times and you will see the SAME 300 people playing their mains or alts every single day.

Premade against pugs have to go away.

"make your own group" is not the answer here for many people. I have limited play time due to rl responsibilities and I don't have 30 minutes to waste trying and spamming /5 to get a damn tank or heal when there are none to be had mainly because of the reasons I listed before.

Matchmaking could be better for sure. Especially when the system detects when there are multiple premades on each side in the queue for scs.

Still , why punish people who acually enjoy playing with their guild/alliance members ? There are people who simply DON´T ENJOY playing this game by themselves, because playing with your buddies on discord and having fun and interacting with each other in a group based game is simply more enjoyable.

The event Sc is MEANT to be a bit more "tryhard" as stated several times by the devs before.
It is NOT supposed to be an instance to gear your conq gear character, you can easily do that by playing discordant scs or playing RVR.

And if you don´t have "time" to simply join one of the several guilds/alliances on this server to quickly get 5 other people that is kinda your own fault.
It´s really not that hard or time investing if you seek the opportunities available.

What punishment? having a premade vs premade is a punishment for you? it obviously is, you have made your point on that already.

What I mentioned about renown gains is that once you are in sov you don't need the renown gains as badly as someone who just turned 40.

Also, what makes you think I'm not in a guild? Perhaps I should have stated that I'm not only posting in /5 but in guild and alliance chat as well when looking for people.

Even the guilds have 5 or less people online at certain times, so joining a guild is not the answer.

Having more premade vs premade scs would obviously not be a punishment, im even for it.
Just don´t give more rewards to discordant scs over event scs. Reduce the price of vanq gear or increase the renown gain overall, which is a separat topic itself.

Also not my fault your alliance is dead, might want to look out for another one.
