Limiting quee size to 2 or 4 makes no f*cking sense at all....

3/6 cuz its usually higher chance there would be alteast 1 healer and maybe even tank

2man are horrible idea cuz usually it would end up as dps Am + SW or dps shamy + SH. After joining sc they would pop to party 6 and completely avoid other teammates and rather spend whole sc waiting for some ganking. ( example from old WAR ) For that kind of play there is orvr, not sc where u should work with team.

And lets face it - its not so hard to find 2 other players to form a 3 man ;-)

It's to keep 6 mans for making it unplayable for pugs, then the 2nd idea to bring actual competitive atmosphere to scenarios every once in a while.

Right now there is no penalty for leaving an SC. The second a pug sees its a premade they are just going to alt f4 and que up for a different sc. People already doing it right now when they get groups w/ no healers.

This. I played a lot of SC on live as premade and PUG. Chilling while pugging was nice, then when getting reckt to many times by premades, just get a/your group and fight back :).

Specially on this server, since this is a relatively small (growing) community of WaR fan players, I find it easy to communicate. IMHO Asking for people to create a balance group when having hard time pugging shouldn't be an issue.

Right now there is no penalty for leaving an SC
If I remember correctly there was a debuf on live if you were to quit your SC. Like an X minutes timer that prevent you to join any new SC.

+1 Any group size 2-6

Will be fine as long as you try match premades vs premades. If you field a PUG group vs premade the PUG should at least have a reasonable composition (near optimal) and no low levels
A reasonable RvR system that could make the majority happy http://imgur.com/HL6cgl7

if you look in advice there is hardly EVER someone looking to build a group. and when we search for a tank or healer noone reacts on it either. just dont understand this.

it looks like people just dont want to take ANY effort but want to win regardless and get rewarded... so screwed mentality ...

problem is the mentality of players. I had even some talk with lvl 3 naked chosen few days back in sc. We all were lvl 3-6 and order pretty much wiped all of us in matter of seconds and then locked us in spawn.

He was yelling why the hell we are queued for sc when we are so low lvl. When I told him its fitting from lvl 3 and especially when he unequip armor he was mad and tell me he expected to join sc with experienced destro players and not some low lvl noobs.... :D

So he wasnt interested in fighting in sc rather than following, spamming emotes, leeching and expected to get sc win rewards for little to no effort.

Its same everywhere. You can see it right now. When 1 side zerg, there are even low lvls in t2 (I mean lvl 5 or so). And you can also see it once 1 side is being farmed at keep to see players leaving wb with talk like : "Im going to log enemy side to farm you baddies" etc.

So - as was posted - you can find players to form a grp. Problem is a lot of players arent actually interested in this. They expect to solo queue and expect to win sc. If they win sc they would boast how they were great, if they lose they would yell how they faced premade and how everyone except them sucked hard and how its unfair.

Sure, good premade in sc is horrible for the other side. Especially when they do not have tanks and healers. Even more when they face the same premade few times in row. But players tend to yell "Premade! Its lost!" even when they actually face some pugs who know how to play as team.

As the end of this wall of text - no matter the mechanic, some players would still cry. Maybe in far future there might be ilvl queue as Tesq mentioned or some premade vs premade maps with increased rewards or something like that. Atm it doesnt actually matters. Grp queue is needed. No matter if it would be 3/6 or 2-6 or whatever
