What part of "theoretically" requires further explanation?

i'm not sure raking talons is better than savin me hide

savin me hide is much easier to maintain imo. isnt a weird double attack that you can mess up with the stance swap ability. it really slows the rotation down and also you have to be hitting the thing you want to reduce

savin me hide i can reduce a BW dmg by hitting some WL pet

if 2h black orc could use ya missed me and had a tactic that reduced enemies chance to avoid attacks like SM has in their hoeth tree would be a lot better imo
