Return of Reckoning

If any class is nerf proof in this game its slayers. This class was/is the best dps for years without any changes. We can see underperforming classes getting nerfed but for some reason they wont touch slayers. Slayer is not op because rampage, its the combination of having aoe and st output in one single spec. Slayer dont need to give up aoe potential to get healdebuff or st pressure. It puts lots of aoe pressure to guards and nearby enemies while still maintaining st pressure on their target. With ID-Retr, can make guard dmg undefendable with rampage for a short time. Other order dps cant come close to slayer levels of Aoe/ST pressure.

Sure and lets nerf all the tactics on Destro tanks that cant be severed, which is the premise why they have them, to deal with Rampage and NS.

Chosen-Anti-crit, BG, self toughness to beyond over-cap, parry/block/disrupt, BO corporeal debuff. etc, etc.

Ramp up IB grudge build, give super punt, change RS to both physical and magic bubble.

Add elemental debuff to Order so half of BW abilities don't suck, monstrocity proc, buff BW ST backload. Actually give a pull to WL that functions in wb play other than the crap pet.

Remove AE KD off engineers and give it to a melee class that wants to be on the front line. What idiot thought it was a good idea to give engineers a KD that is predicated on being on the front line, destroys your Turret, and subsequently nerfs your damage because you lose all your damage stacks. /boggle @ Jethro.

And I could go on , but the hell with it.

The reality is that for Order, if we don't have slayers in WB....which is frequent because too many ppl refuse to play tank sand healers, Destro has the upper had because their tank wall will be superior because the tactic sets. Better avoidance and mitigation.

I would keep playing Slayer.. as I always have on RoR.

Yes I've forgot to mention that, they can remove challenge almost instantly, while things like ASW with 0 aoe or WL in ST spec have to sit under challenge effect for its full duration. Tbh I much rather prefer rest of the classes brought up to slayer levels where they can perform in every aspect of the game instead of nerfing sl but hey I dont expect a change anyway. its what it is.

My main is a Slayer so , for you, I'm the Great Order evilish class.... but I am a bit curious what class do you play to have this bad feeling with Slayers.
If you consider we are so "top OP overcheat with rampage" class, Why don't you play a Slayer ? It would be helpful for the Balance Order/destro and could help kill the Destro train zerk ...

Anyway, to conclude => dont be so worried about My play - I am a Dwarf in mind and nothing will changing My feeling legacy to have a pleasure to kill the Destro Armies
(Or maybe, I will level up a Squig Herder or a Shamy ... to continue in a "OP easymode playing class" )
