Yeah, sadly. I too think that when devs place emphasis on largescale play, they at least should try to make aoe play of classes more interesting and engaging.DonPeyote wrote: Thu May 20, 2021 8:39 pmI do understand. I try to look at things from all angles. But to say SH is only class that can play differently than their archetype is just untrue. SO whatever. mSH is now pure aoe spam. Case closed.Sundowner wrote: Thu May 20, 2021 8:36 pmProblem was not mSH having many ways to play, but that both aoe and ST trees with addition to many utility skills were stacked in one mastery tree. If you do not see problem here, maybe check how you look at things.Jastojan wrote: Thu May 20, 2021 8:16 pm
What are you guys talking about? I just cant believe it... You are looking on it from the wrong side. It is much better when you have more choices of how to play. Why do all classes have 3 mastery trees? warhammer has a big potential but it looks great on the paper only. All the classes have 3 mastery trees and the SH was one of the better examples (in this game) of how to have access to all of the talent builds and all of them are very good. You should ask why the other classes do not reach the full potential of all mastery trees? For example zealot... 3 mastery trees, but all are crap. You just have to pick up best abilities from all the trees, but there is not just one good and useful mastery tree.
If you write melee dok is still a healer, chosen is still tank etc., so sh is still dps (rsh or msh, still dps). Just the variability of gameplay changes and it is good.
