I would certainly hope bypassing the lockout period is bannable. Mind linking me to the rule that specifically states that as you are bringing it up, I have trouble finding it but I have always believed that to be the case, thanks for linking it.

oficially no, reality yes (as long ad it is just for more slots and not abusing lockouts or whatever (but with some risk. you are welcome.

This is not something we track or take action against. It's a low fence dissuading people that aren't going to try very hard to bypass it. We're not so insane to think we can fully lock down free accounts on the internet, there's a dozen ways to get around it. If someone really wants to get around our very minor lockout timer and implementation, they can, but they'll know we would rather they didn't and have to live with that mild guilt of disapproval for several minutes.
