with 1.3 the scenario group module also deactivates the scenario groups button at the minimap. Use hopper instead.
At least Squared has been fixed in regards to missing right clicks - there was a single check missing.

with 1.4 the following is gone:
- three-column-bar - the bar that shows the control of a zone
- zonecontrol - the specific three column bar on the main interface

Im using the addon city fix to acces to city grps when interface its bugged => this addon also show grps interface in scs, can keep using this to have acces to grp sc interface?

I honestly don't know, but if it supplies an interface of it's own it shoulf work. If it doesn't you can just disable the module
