make resistance matter imo, at level 40 almost everyone is naturally at max resistance so resistance potions an talismans are forgotten about at least test the concept by making dungeons more focused on resistance for example nature resistance to combat poison looking enemies (nightgoblins, spiders, nurgle demons)

Well, the easiest would be buffing non-physical dmg and changing resistance cap.
