I remember soloing a lot of high level mobs and champs/heros or whatever on live. Both my shammy and WP could kill those mobs. Shammy used Gork Sez Stop and WP just tanked them, very easy. I thought the parts about soloing Heroes was obselete already.
Soloing Mobs that are clearly not supposed to be done alone, is an exploit. It may currently not be heaviliy punished,but still is not intended to work. Making Heroes impossible to solo will definitely come in some time though.
