I can't seem to speak with the NPC at IC, she doesn't give me any quests. Anybody else has the same problem?

event for 40lvl only? cant over with my 16lvl quest "gain a buf from a shrine of khaine" and dont see info about which level need for that event on that post. Can anyoene answer?

i know that im over that event with my 40lvl. but doesn't count taht quest for my low lvl. SW Bloodlord cloak barely changes dye and it has an ass on it.

No enemy guild leads on in 4 days :*( Perhaps add additional method so people with bad luck on one part (or another) can complete, something like Kill 100 XYZ.

I don`t get the Title Grim Reaper I staked so many enemys with the event Item what did I wrong?
