is that 53 bags predominantly for the winners much like the current system? If so, this is a flat nerf to destro invader acquisition rate by 25%
And what about AoE dmg, it was fine and leaving the same? Can you elaborate on that, how formulas were changed/fixed and how it affected toughness?
Basically the order should be same as live now: Damage + Weapon DPS + Stat Contribution -> Toughness mitigation -> Damage multipliers -> Absorb -> Crit -> Armor/Resist -> Guard

Cos then u will only get comestic fans in there. You are not forced to have BiS gear in every single slot. Missing out on 25 stat points is fine if you don't want to do this content.
