5 sov / 2 war / 2 sent is possible but depends what you wanna achieve and I dont think thats a defensive way to gear
So the only reason you'd want to do that is if for some reason, you want 3 str set bonuses and also lower stats since sentinel has lower ilvl than warlord/sov. You'd honestly be better off generally just going 5/3 IMO, and wearing the sentinel ring for the stats as you desire. The difference between 5 sov/2 war/2 sent in terms of set bonuses is str vs ws, and if you do 5 warlord/3 sov, its str vs wounds, if you do 5 whatever/3 offsov its toughness (and lower amounts of str then the ws/wounds) so all it is is a net stat reduction.
Yea honestly that 5/2/2 doesn't sound very good. Just go 5/3 and wear the sent ring for the stats (or whatever good jewelry you can get).
