It's not a skill/class knowledge problem ( hopefully !)
I meant that i "rushed" RR 70+ without thinking about loot and now it's very hard for me to drop Invader tokens ( no longer drops from cityes )

The system is stupid for sure but for now you just have to work around it as the devs do not seem inclined to changing it.
I play my main in forts for the invader crests and then an alt under rr 70 in city for invader. Bit annoyed that I cannot play alts over rr 60 outised of city sieges tho.

For someone who has 6 gold bags in ORVR, and just 4 Vanq Belts and 2 Vanq Helmets is a great change.

A noob at high rr, with access to more rr skills, higher rr gear and full mastery is from every possible perspective better for the game, than a noob that's stuck on low level undergreared character.

Excellent news. The costs for those specific tiers of gear were due for a review. This will make it much easier for new toons to close the gap with well-geared players.
Also those weapon prices. 33% decrease, nice!
