Was this testing in a 1vs1 situation in PvP or some NPC dummy?

NPC dummy if I remember it correctly and it was no **** testing. Annaise did good stuff and this was like all his work extremely well thought through.

He wrote several pages explaining differences and giving the environment and method. That guy knew his **** and it was solid.

Yes, i'm sure it was a good laboratory DPS test with serious data on raw damage output.
But as already mentioned, raw damage output is just one part in PvP. Even in PvE group content the Marauder is probably better, just because of the armor debuff that is raising the damage of every other physical dps in the goup.

I also never said anything about a bad test or whatever, dont even know why you have to defend that Pineapple so much. Its simply that noone gives a flying f*ck about RAW DPS anyways :>

Best specc for Mara was already posted somewhere (Mainly Savagery + Guillotine and Agressor and obviously you want the 50% crit dmg tac as well). I would prolly never get any stuff from the Monstro path, unless you know you gonna mega zerg for hours.. Aoe Knockdown sounds nice, but you gonna block the Stun (i mean with a possible Immunity) from your BG this way, which can have a negativ impact on your focus target. And even make the rest immune To other CC as well. Not really constructive in most cases.

If you dont understand the Value of utility over damage in Group fights, then just stick to your choppas. I got no problem with that

Does monstro mutation help against wh armor pen? I was told by a guildmate that at least in t3 I need to spec focus monstro or I'll get blow up by wh but today I was told by some that monstro DOSNT help against wh armor pen only regular armor pen by melee attacks (and sw?)



Part of me feels bad that I'm playing an "op class" but I can't help but genuinely enjoy the class that still takes challenge to time stance shifting and stuff now I know how those KOB players feel about the looming prospect of nerfs to their class
