Well depending on what healer you play and how good your teammates are, you can surely go full will as well - i just wouldnt advice it. warhammer generally is pretty lemme call it 'overhealed' in the first place - so why would you want more heal then? : >
Also remember that cleanses and absorbs dont care about your willpower/crit , but those 2 give you a lot of indirect healing.

Experienced players have fast mouse skills.
