i remember correctly that is the skin of the sentinel blocka from BE/BB (blue lvl37)
Zeal80 - Dok82 - Sham74
BO81 - BG80 - WE75
and tooooo many alts

Does anyone know where "Da Betta Blocka" comes from? I presume an epic quest of some sorts.

The shield with the two arrows in it that looks like a practice target.

That shield is also a reward from one of the T4 epic quest if you just need the appearance
