That's new to me too from when panic button (+50% ) are considerated raw avoidance xD?
And block is never enough on rvr sets xD

but is bastion stair the only place you can find demon prince NPCs to kill?
there is an achievement for killing them but i dont know of any other locations with killable demon prince mobs

This. W\o any gear u may hit 87,5 block. With jewelry - 90+. With conq - about 100.

I guess it will be necessary to have all the sentinel set to be able to do bastion stairs...

oof, i was aiming for the demon horn pocket item in the vendor that requires 1000 demon prince kills

Oh man its gonna be bad for people who didnt pve to do later dugons with the mulptiple other dungon pre requsites, i hope the devs go back to the live ward system where like if you want to do TOVL you need conq etc
