witchbrew icd is 0.5sec, fast weaps are interesting for trigger more often kiss and faster witchbrew
I'm not convinced and would like to see data (evidenced based and not delusional thinking) as faster daggers also lower AA damage. There's also the problem that WB is magical damage and the Witch Elf has no magical damage debuff on demand. While higher AA damage could benefit from EoIP.

Ruthless Assault hit every 0.5sc and u see witchbrew proc on all hit, for the rest i said interesting not better, the two(faster or slower) works, rather depends on the comp in ur group or depends of ur target if solo

The funny thing WexWH is that in the case of RA + WB combo (your screenshot) you're better off with slow daggers to avoid a WB proc on AA.
WB -> Elixir of Shadows (for bloodlusts) -> RA

I know but the point is to have a max WB procs together with RA tics.
And in this case I regret WB not doing physical damage.

Well, as weaponspeed only affect AA, and not skills, this discussion of WB and RA is kinda moot in the choice of weapon based on weaponspeed context
