The shadow elixir seems to be strong but you can't use disrupt elixir or more armor penetration for 60 sec.

Because this tree is about heavy ST damage and exhaustive blows, like Reckless blow and Weaklin' killa. RB doesn't have a CD while other exhaustive blows do. With RB back to Hitta's tree, rotation will be more smooth, and both 2H Choppa and Slayer need that.

You forgot about the reduce healing aura, which is useless for Kobs and great for Chosen. And about "damage while heal". And ap steal without mastery points.
