How to get the Liniment???

Basically you need Apothecary AND ( Butchering OR Cultivation ) - so doable with 2 characters.
With 1 character you will miss some parts, like you can't create Armor pots without Butchering materials.
You can still buy ingredients for gold then or take help from a friend who has the missing skill.

60 wounds + 5% rangecrit
180 to all resist
60 weaponskill + 5% reduced armor pen
60 toughness + 5% reduced crit chance
20 hp/4s +10% reduced incomming crit dmg
60 wounds + 60 strenght
60 wounds+ 50 healing power

WP just has less dmg potential in AoE than e.g. Slayer, but he can grind through mobs with permanent healing so doesn't have to stop unless there are no mobs left so you will be good.

I didn't test regen liniment + armor pot, so can't say, but BS pot + WS liniment can't coexist (that I tested).
