For PUG scenarios: this. With enough experience, there a some playa that when you see, you know yougonna win no matter the archetype balance, rank and gear. 1 good heal or 1 amazing dps is all it takes to down the opposite 12. I have seen many « premade » lose to pug without heals because of this alone.

If anything, for puggers, play a tank or a heal, helps make you win more.

Agreed, and the inverse is also true - sometimes you look at your opponents roster and instantly think, "ugh, this isn't going to go well..."
