It should be solved.
You should try to update your password in your forum 'User control panel'.
It'll force to sync your account.

bingo. I have 2 numbers in mine- nothing fancy for a pw here.

Ok. I got passed this. I just went with NO numbers. just caps and letters and got to the next stage and it worked!

When you update your password, just wait a few minutes for account sync. You should be able to use at least alphanumeric characters, and even most used special ones (that's my case).

hi there!
dunno if this is the right place...
i created an account 2015 and would like to play with this account again.
unfortunately, the “forgot password” seems not to work (i do not get a new password).
neither does the “contact admin form” (no reply since saturday).
can somebody please contact me and try to sort it out?
