Ordo also had that bugged time tactic from skraven in Alford that let them take reduced crit dmg or something

there are discordiant voice on that, skaven tactis ( both faction can actually have it) would only provide a graphical boost while it will properly work only vs skavens, it should be another tactis that it truly bugged and it's even better.

Skaven tactic increased all defensive values vs. skaven by +5% (block, parry, etc.) and critchance vs. skaven by +5%.
Due to a bug, the increased values were shown in the character window when the tactic was equipped.
It never worked in fights vs players and non-skaven, regardless what the stats in the char window said.
Myself and others tested it on the original server. I'm not sure if it even actually worked vs. skaven.

yea what i referd for i't beastman tactis it should work indeed becouse when i slotted it i took 5% less damage
