Well having Blessing of heaven changed to a morale drain tactic would be a fair change IMO,
then you would have to spec for it, and use up a tactic slot.

what makes you think Order is not depending on morale ?

I didn't say they weren't. I said that Destruction are more dependant on morales then order.

That's why des have morale pumps that still do work.
There's still lots of counterplay against melee based moral drain, let's face it.

If I see maras in a blob spamming demo with a retarded smile on their faces, I step back few ft to the left or right, build up lost morals cause of them, and counter with own moral dump.

It's not like you have to sit in front of *hypothetical* SM spamming their moral drain, with a slow pace, because well, stances.

Well it's a straight up nerf to one realm and straight up buff to the other so have to be reballanced again. Just like was done with crit stacking vs morale pumps in the past.
Order still have better skillsets and morales then Destruction do, thats why they are less reliant on morale gain.

It's not about you as dps, it's more about maras being able to completely deny or at least severely hinder any moral gains for your tanks, who can't just step back and have to hold the front line, rendering your wb unable to execute raze bomb.

SM doesn't need it , change the WH - Dragon gun (when hit - 200 Mp) and we will get comparable Mara effect. And decide the issue of finding WH in WB

Lol it's like people think R&D is 100ft.

I don't play EU so I would honestly love to see footage of 8 BWs dropping R&D. I've seen phalanx literally derp around and kill mounds of order with Raze (back when it wasn't 10s icd), but haven't seen an 8 BW warband ever. If anyone has recent videos, I'd enjoy watching.

I've seen 5 BW dropping BH at yesterday's lagfest almost simultaneously while we made our 3rd attempt to kill Lord at Praag. I must say it hurts as hell. WIll try to get video from our guildmember.
