Ofc it does, the overlapping toughness buff not only from Shamans, is one of the issues. Using the Shaman buff as comparision as its what you get in best case scenario from this buff and its very underwealming.Bozzax wrote:CAGI has nothing to do with shamans so please dont post here about shamans
Staff insist on proof and evidence and since this is a worse version of DSU and moast of the time have no impact or even effect at all, using DSU buff vallues as an example of best case scenario are kinda relevant.
