Destro have a possibility to farm for lvl 15 Wicked gear. BO guards in RvR lakes drop wicked gear BUT dropchance are set to 0%. This is something that can be changed by some easy database work.

So Wicked gear for Destro is like Bloody gear for Order. Destro farms Order for a few months, then Order farms Destro for a few months, it's ok, right?

not quite, we all got dominion gear to fix this.
ofc assuming incorrect dominion weapons level wont be fixed too soon.
