Yeah, so if you combine 200 blue frag and 200 gold 200 curio and 175 essence and you get a blue r36 talisman on a crit you'll get a +24 tali with the same set of ingredients and a purple frag.

Yeah, so if you combine 200 blue frag and 200 gold 200 curio and 175 essence and you get a blue r36 talisman on a crit you'll get a +24 tali with the same set of ingredients and a purple frag.

In fact, many 175 essence to do it. Just do it as usual

Fairly certain they are only in the guild hall of a guild that is high enough level. Check the rewards page on the guild section to see when the rank is (think it's like high 20, low 30)
