They don't sell very well, it's quite hard to stack init and its not a dps stat. Only hardcore minmax players will use a couple of them with bis gear to fix thier chance to be crit and more armour is probably still more effective overall.

They are most efficient, but any ch22 pq will have r40 champs at some point. I found some of the normal ones better to farm solo.

Someone told me that they removed all lvl 40 champs from pq t4.
