It is Fabricated Artisan's Relix Box????I find it is Blue , item level 30

Yep, "Fabricated Artisan's Relic Box" is currently the highest Talisman Container in the game. It does not increase the power of your tali, it only increases the crit chance of crafting. Should only by buyable from guild merchants of guild ranks 28 and above (if it hasn't changed).

The Addon "Craftvaluetip" shows more information about crafting ingredients like that this one is level 150

fight the 40 champions these days (even only 1 or 2 )
but I have got none of 200 purple fragments. Just got 200 blue
& it just give me +18 talis (with 200 curio & dust, 175 essence)
is the game already dead???

There is only a low chance for blue and even lower chance for purple. Don't expect to farm lots of those fragments in short time. To get a 180 armor talisman you furthermore need a critical success, when making the talisman or you get only a 164 one.
In order to get a 180 armor talisman you most likely need several purple 200 fragments.

We really need more lvl 40 Champs... Considering the drop rate of purples is rare enough. Making lvl 40 champs harder to farm just adds insult to injury.

Maybe instead of changing drop rates or spawning more champs all over the place a completely new less farm intense approach would be better. But I agree if talisman are the most expensive items in AH something is wrong in my opinion.

still no purple
I think it already dead
also the last Boss at the PQ didnt give the new Set Redeye
is it the last boss must drop 2 parts????

I have listened teammate said before 30-50 champion drop 1 purple
Normally these days I hit over this number

Something simple like how it worked on live servers, where you can get all fragment rarities everywhere and champs and heroes only had higher drop chances?

I guess you only understand every 2nd word in most forum topics.

Redeye set drops in Gunbad dungeon, which is not implemented yet.
