Why was there a need for yet another speed boost for the pet with Charge! and Speed Training being already available?

FYI LF speed boost does not stack with ST, and it boosts you exactly as high as ST would, seems to mostly be there to give Guardian spec guys the option to not take ST if they can handle a slower pet most of the time. Using LF to catch is gonna mean less time it's doing damage.
