Should always open up with TB I think. Wounds debuff is 1440 unhealable damage, just too good to pass up IMO.

1 rend into TB, my bad. Been playing solo a lot, where debuffs get cleabsed less. Point is, TB and all wounds debuffs work best earlier they are in rotation.

Not if you have other people assisting your target and they hit it first.

Well presumably Marauder is the target-caller in a premade, so most likely he hits the target first, but yeah ita possible like if you are going Squig/Mara that Squig plinks em first.

Even if you are the target caller, you can wait 1-2 seconds while your tanks hit the target first to cover 2-3 of your own debuffs. Covering your debuffs is pretty much only a solo/pug problem.

(then again, during that 1-2 seconds, you could use Flail, Rend or something else that would technically make TB second in your rotation :P )
