Just turn advice off. Its not meant for conversations anyway.

Language policy is a common thing for servers. And it won't hurt non-english speaking players, as they will still have local chat, guild chat, region chat, pms... They can speak russian non-english languages as much as they want. Just not on the advice channel.

Make open chat channel not support Cyrillic. Let them speak it only in /tell, /guild, /alliance.
Trust a Russian - you can't let Russians among others.

its fine. you can speak what ever you want. in your own channels. when 2/3 of the advice channel is spammed with russian text, no one else can use the channel for what it is ment for. there was so much spam. everyone on the server speaks english, we are many that speak english as a second language, so why cant you? Respect the server, Respect the people on the server.

I see no problem in seeing russian/german/italian conversations. I understand every anyway.
Actually i enjoy them in some way, coz its always occasion to have contact with language.
Just learn languages ppl!
