In regards to the classes you listed, in my opinion:

BO > BG
Statsteal + resisbuffs and other shiny things; general versatility, on BOs are too good to pass on, and they are viable SnB loldps. SnB > 2h in all things related to tanks in 9/10 cases, as far I am concerned.

SH is pretty much rdps soloroam 'godmode' on destro, next to loldps shamans.

SW > BW
SW offers better CC, while BW - if really well played - is alot more fun and potent, you might wanna check out Korze's videos.

WL are good soloroamers, but meh, I neither like pointy ears nor catherder - it is the only class I've never made it to T4 with, neither on live nor on RoR...

Kotbs >= Chosen
Both are pretty equal in terms of toolset, however KotBS stand out a little more due to crit tactics and runefang, but they aren't necessarily good roamers as they lack the deeps (without good gear) to seal the deal before others add in - keep in mind we are still with a single-zone campaign.

You can never go wrong with tanks, you'll have an easier time picking up groups after the fact as the dps market is oversaturated.
If you were to pin it down to rdps or mdps, I'd suggest rdps... for obvious reasons, in that case I'd say SH>SW>BW (taking into account your experience, gear and RR - aswell as upcoming SH changes). If you were to pin it down to tanks, I'd say BO>=BG>KotBS>=Chosen.

Make of it what you will, but wait, lo and behold the pugherder in me wants to have a word with you: Get a group or atleast some folks to play with you, you won't regret it; duoroam > soloroam, you want to have someone to bitch about opposition with in /p or voice comms, or share hilarious experiences (watch Volgo's videos to see what I mean, I am pretty sure he is - to this very day - having fun with Mktew whenever they get an opportunity to talk about their shenanigans).

iam back to ror after break and i wanna start my adventures with new character but i cant decide what class will be best for me/

i think about:
- bg, bo, sh, wl, bw or sw eventually chosen or kotbs.

I play most solo and tanks character will be dps oriented.

I can recommend only 1 way. Just roll every class You consider to play and try it in t1. By that way You can easilly discover if you like playstyle or not. As tank even DPS one you will never be MAIN dps, but assist dps. As a tank, You will be told to guard and assist to DPS. SH and SW are easier to play thanks to distance of 65-110ft You nuke Your targets. SH is a little bit more solo friendly than SW. If You prefer melee dps WL will be Your best bet. If You are fan of big dmg numbers roll BW, but its not definitely solo class.

This game never was about solo and RoR will give You nightmares than oportunity to solo in lakes. There are far less soloers than on live thanks to low population and You will mostly find premade parties or pug/premade warbands than solo/duo ers.

SM or SH, WL is good but people are insane if they think it's an all around good solo class in this ranged ridden meta without proper group support(solo).

If you want an dumb down ez mode low effort class then pick SW, if you want one that's basically just as easy but needs a "little" more effort than SH


Between WL and Bg I recommend BG

You can be very survivable vs both magic and melee while still putting out nice dps and just between you and me WL in terms of aesthetics, looks like garbage in comparison to BG additionally you can go 2H or SnB as the dev changes have made 2H Bg a legit playstlye option

BG > WL, if not only for the sake of your future endeavours ~ the dps market on order is - again - absolutely over-saturated, beyond belief.
Additionally, if you ever were to plan to participate in organized large scale ORvR, catherder will have you struggle to get an invite from the leading order guilds; catherder brings nothing to the table that'd justify to drag him along in this format.

BG is not the easiest class to play.
Some will even say that it is the most difficult. But once mastered it's a beast.

WL on the other side is really easy to handle for a MDPS. It's easy to kill and fun from level 1 to 40.

It varies on what you want to do.
If you want to solo roam on the lakes to kill players on your own, far from the WB, go WL and enjoy.
If you want to just solo play, be on your own while doing RvR, go BG and enjoy. Also, BG looks 100 times better than WL.

BG is least wanted tank on Destro side, less easy group buffing (more like what group buffs...) and lack of moral pump for WBs. Sure, they can shine in 6man smallscale, but Chosen is always needed and Blorc is also very desired.

It's a fun class, but I'd recommend starting with something else.
