Make sure your computer is set to use your GeForce card, you can do this in the geforce control panel and make sure it is making Warhammer Online use the GeForce GPU and not the cpu integrated gpu.
Sometimes certain games use my integrated gpu and I have to manually set it to run off my GTX1070, and boy oh boy does it make a HUGE difference.
