Kobs: serve blessing his dmg reduction when under focus = dead
Ib: bypass block + magic dmg = dead
Chosen = hate waste his 70% parry vs slayer..

Chosen, bo , ib in this order

Full group rvr ( if going turtle)
Ib, kobs, chosen, bo in this order but very close to each other exept ib, in group it have level of tankines far greater.

Back in live I ONLY played turtle tank. I had r40,rr80+ of every tank in the game all specced turtle tank. In RoR I started out playing turtle and then later switched to DPS tank. I state all of that to list my credentials. Here is my ranking on best turtle tanks

1. BG
2. IB
3. KBOB
4. BO
5. Chosen
6. SM

Honestly though, BG is the best IMO. IB is close, and then after that KBOB, BO, Chosen, are all very close. All tanks are good at being turtle tank, even SM (in live SM was my first turtle tank and by FAR my favorite, however, after rr90-100 release SM turtle was not as viable as other tanks going turtle).

BG, especially if switching guard and actively fighting

People putting chosen at the bottom of the list are seriously smoking some strong herbals.
