All you have to find is where this screenshot has been taken on the map and you'll find your dragons near this location
I spent like an hour running around cinderfall, they aren't there.

Again, there are no farmable dragons in this server.

There is one on Blighed Isle but he is dead. One more is in Dragonwake, almost dead but still breath.

Norkalli is right , not more dragon for now at cinderfall . You have to wait dev bring them back ingame or for an event that would reward mantle of the fireborn.

For anyone who cares, the usual sun dragons in Saphery are killable by destro, but the kills do not count in the ToK. Seems like dragons are intentionally scarce.

The Unusual Sun Dragons are illusions. Not actual dragons.

On live Dragon Ogres counted as Dragons. I remember getting the tome unlock in Choas Waste. But this was very early, think it was same year as the game released so it might was changed later.
