random suggestion that will probably never be read as usual to counter too much healing:
Make it so that similar Heal over Time buffs do not stack. Meaning if your party has 2 shamans casting EyQuitBleeding, and they both HoT the same target, only one of them takes effect (just like currently if the target has several DoSumfinUseful toughness hot/buffs, only the strongest toughness buff is applied, or you know how Chosen/Kotb auras do not stack)
essentially means no premade would ever resort to bringing double DoK/WP again or run with 2 shamans/AM alone.
And if you happen to get a scenario with 4 shamans, well, their HoTs would not stack so no ezmode runsaway healing
