killing blow favors 1v1 and dps centric small groups while kill quests is a bit more generic with tapping targets and Hotting dps being "good" ways to impact results .

The kill quest mechanic gives a better linear scaling as far as results go for an individual. Tanks healers and dps have some ways to optimize their results. The killing blow mechanism only provides for dps to effect results.

Jep but there is one situation to think about :
System now : One wb makes 200 kills and earn for it about 50 medalions
Systym quest : One wb makes 200 kills every single player get 20 medalions = 480 emblems
so you incrase the reward to about 500%
Good idea, and that would make ppl join wbs

The number of kills / medallions is changeable. Not something I see as fixed .
I am very sure that kill per medallion number can be arrived at to give the desired progression rate.

Jep think The Numbers, If you Make a quest rewarding System is very sensitiv and should be good balanced

The whole point of the high cost is that conqueror gear is end game and should not be easily attainable by us normal people. If you look around the lakes for the people who are completely geared out, they're either (let's face it) ridiculously better grouped and skilled than you or they're obnoxiously selfishly oriented on running supplies, completely ignoring any fight they can just so they can spam click the spot where supplies will appear. Instead of asking to have the bar dropped so we can all get over it, instead ask yourself and your five friends to gitgud, or dedicate a few hours to fighting over invisible supplies until they appear.

I know Norkal loves those solo players who KS from the 6 man lol

Personally I find running resources and only resources to be the most boring thing you could possibly do in this game. And rather annoying how everyone is constantly trying to take it from eachother lol

it's freaking annoying when your 6man or 12man or larger group acts as a shieldwall and meatwall, takes the dmg and does the initial burst, only to lose the DB and the conq medallion to the 3-5 sorcs/squigs sniping the lasthits from the saftefy of the backline, effectively stealing the reward from someones elses efforts....reeeeee!
and it's always the same sorcs that "solo" behind the warband, taking the medals

Is realy annoying for the solo sorcs solo shs ,solo wes to lose the db after several minutes fighting because the 6 man wb run over ur targets aswell .
if i could get a Brysslkex every time it happened to me :oops:

Solo sorcs , shs ,slayers choppas , maras help wbs often picking softter targets in the backlines, support with aoes .....
seems this thread has become a bitching topic because people in wbs seems not be able to get as fast conqueror meds than people wich risk their **** by going solo, duo or 6 man .

Honestly I feel there should be no sympathy for anyone running solo in the rvr lakes. It’s their decision to not group up.

So is zerg stuff , their decission is as valid as people willing to join a wb and follow like lemmings and die like one, both styles has his ups and downs . But the reward are not the same .
in the end its player choices and he has to live with it. :P

While i dislike the whoever gets the kb wins motto, the main problem is the server is a alpha , and gear eventualy comes , lagging behind in rr is another mather ,

in the end whoever deals more dmg get more RR per kill, the problem is new set bigger frenzy , people want it quick and since the game doesnt provide easy means to achieve the gear goal . the natural effect is crying in forums :mrgreen:
