Just to save you the heartache, when the fix rolls through, it will mostly likely not effect pre existing bags =(

would had not matter because a server restar bug all unopen bags XD

w00t.

Guess we can stop "abusing procs" now that they have been changed... :P

Question though, is this being considered permanent, or until "we" have access to patcher to change proc damage to a % of initial(or something similar) as was discussed in previous patch notes? Or just a general testing to see if this fixes it...

Group buff - > more dps for group, not for sorc. That is meen - not direct sorc dps baff. Is it clear?

Just saying, don't know if good or bad, simply for sure a tactic who will go on the shelf for the time coming. (25% still enough to make you whine about procs). And less Severe Blessings on rotation.
Strategy? Is a basic buff of all decent groups.
