Not currently, maybe possibile in future with the release of cosmetic gear but no eta.

I remember there was a horned helmet, with only eye sockets and a nose socket.
(not the one with 4 vertical cut outs)
It looked kinda goofy but I always had one in the bank for appearance sake back on live.

I ran across the helmet today, Inspection did not help
I remember getting this helmet as a blue rarity in T-2 & T-3
Any Idea where to find it now?

Huh, I've never seen that one before, may not be in game at this point. You might want to try to get Norkalli to look at the database as hes been playing his Chosen a bit recently.

It's the mayhem helmet, comes from gold bags of t3 pqs

Was going thru my screen shots and organizing them, and I came across one that fits in this thread. I bought a full set of Rare Fortune armor a few weeks ago (just to see what it looked like) and figured some would like to get a look at it without having to go to the trouble of buying/finding it.
