I'd say get Tier1 working properly before even attempting Tier2. But I would love to see Public quests fixed and working influence rewards! But before any of that, Abilities/quests/parties are more important imo. But as someone said earlier, any patch is a bonus!

I'm all for T2 here. I'm surprised it wasn't a bit higher up on the scale.

Because it's just a random poll with close to no influence to the dev-teams work, like elven already stated. They will probably fix things first, that make sense from their (coder-) perspective and not what players wish to have (e.g. tovl farming 24/7... )

And that's because there is no point opening T2 when T1 isn't fixed.
